ramadhan day 1

Assalamualaikum and Hi,

Actually I'm on my diet and trying to eat healthily. Since now I'm in exams period and still away from home, it is the best time to do it.

So here it goes;

Ramadhan Day 1

Sahur: Chocolate milk and plain water
Break fast: Banana dates chocolate oat milk smoothie, sardine fritters and plain water

I hope it was healthy enough and alhamdullillah I'm totally full after eating all those :)
