Assalamualaikum,
Today I turned 26 years a lot. There's a lot of things on my mind and I guess the best thing to do is to write them down.
- Do not worry too much
- Things won't get easier but you will be stronger
- Take care of your health
- Drink enough water
- Have a good walk once in a while when it's too overwhelming
- Breathe when you feel it's so much to take
- Cry when you're sad and be stronger after that
- Go shower whenever you feel sleepy or lazy
- Stop procrastinating. Do it now!
- Never wait in uncertainty
- Change is a good thing
- Believe in yourself - you have gone through a lot
- Let go of your past
- Don't be afraid to fall in love again
- Write when you overthink
- Read when you can't think
- Reflect on yourself
- Pray to Allah all the time for everything and about anything
- Appreciate everyone in your life
- Less talking, more listening
- Forgive yourself
- Look presentable
- Save and invest money
- Start my day early
- Live life happily
- And always be grateful for every single thing in life
